I don't condone the past, but I now understand it, and I stand within this story due to two important elements, and that is healing and love.

After leaving the church, my belief system went on a bit of a rollercoaster ride to say the least.

I was scared to be too happy, too hopeful, too comfortable, and it was difficult to generate any sort of excitement for the future.
